We are a company run by Landlords for Landlords. With experience as landlords ourselves, we know exactly what service landlords require and need. And, with over 65% of our clients overseas landlords, we are experienced covering every aspect from Day One.

We understand that letting your property can be a worrying experience and, with this in mind, our most important consideration is providing you, the Landlord, with the best possible service and the right tenants for your property.

We deal with each property and every landlord on a case by case basis. When letting your property we take every factor into consideration. This equips us to find the ideal tenant and manage the property to our high standard and the Landlords satisfaction.

What we offer

A Personal Service

Time and time again we have seen that many agents take on too much too quickly. We do not operate our business in this manner. We provide a catered service to match every individual landlord to their specific needs. When dealing with Leinster Property Services you will be appointed a point of contact who will deal with all matters for you. Building a relationship with who is directly looking after your asset is essential to both ourselves and our Clients. Once this relationship is in place, you will see how we take responsibility and provide you with the reassurance that we are here to provide.

Competitive Rates

Our fees are always competitive and may be open to negotiation dependent on the level of Service required. We have saved huge sums for our existing clients in maintenance bills, this applies especially to our Portfolio landlords.

We very much feel that if we cannot save or make a Landlord more money than they receives in their current position before switching to us, then we don’t advise them to come on as our clients. However, we have yet to meet a Landlord who’s situation we can’t improve.

Carefully Tried and Tested Procedures

Whether it is finding a tenant, getting a guarantor or carrying out maintenance. We follow carefully tried and tested procedures that we have developed over the years. We know how important your residential property is to you. Thus we ensure that we treat every situation with the utmost care.

In addition, as a must all our property managers are qualified with Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Lettings and Property Management Awarded by the NFOPP.

Full Management

This is the backbone of our operation. We are here to manage your property. This is where we excel. It includes the marketing of your property, arrangement of viewings, the introduction and vetting of a prospective tenants, the preparing of all legal documents, the check in including a full inventory, rental collection, maintenance management, periodic inspections and the check out. This Service is suitable for all Landlords, but is particularly ideal for those who do not reside locally and/or would rather let their rental property be handled by an Agent.

Service includes:

  • Property appraisal, Marketing and viewings.
  • Selected tenant background checks including credit, landlord, employment and our own in-house devised checks from social media to the ‘attitide test’.
  • Preparation of legal documents including tenancy agreements, an inventory, deposit documents and serving of section 21.
  • Collection and processing of rental payments and deposit payments, including automatic crediting to a nominated bank account along with monthly rental statements.
  • Periodic inspection visits to rental property and arranging of any necessary maintenance..
  • Eviction and arrears handling. Thankfully this is rarely a case with ourselves however we are well practised at this from taking over new clients properties and picking up the pieces where their old agents let them down.

Lettings Only


This is our basic service, where management, maintenance and rent collection remains the responsibility of the Landlord.

Though not as expansive as our "Full Management" service, "Lettings Only" nonetheless offers valuable benefits.

Service includes:

  • Marketing of your property and arranging of viewings.
  • Introduction and vetting of a prospective tenants.
  • Preparation of tenancy agreements and, if required, an inventory.
  • Collection of first month's rent and tenancy deposit and crediting to a nominated bank account.
